Eric Arapi, Founder and CEO

​Mr. Arapi has over 25 years of experience, leadership, and insight into the Security Industry that has been gained by providing security services throughout the world. He is an ordained minister with 27 years serving missions in eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. These unique experiences provide the driving force behind the culture of USSA and the services they offers. Eric holds a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Business Administration. He has extensive experience managing security operations for several other security providers, through which he has directed, coordinated, and provided protection to numerous clients, managing thousands of employees and serving hundreds of customers.

McKenna Arapi, Chief Brand Officer

Ms. Arapi oversees all aspects of brand development, strategic messaging, and client-facing communications. With a deep understanding of the security industry and a commitment to clarity, consistency, and credibility, McKenna ensures that USSA’s brand reflects its core mission: delivering trusted, high-performance protection nationwide. Her leadership strengthens the company’s presence across all sectors from corporate to government and helps position USSA as a reliable, forward-thinking partner in today’s evolving security landscape.​

Oltisa Kocaqi, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Finance​

Mrs. Kocaqi brings over a decade of high-level experience in financial management, government operations, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining USSA, Oltisa served as Minister’s Secretary for the Ministry of Justice of Albania, followed by five years as a Statistics Specialist within the same institution, where she played a vital role in data analysis, policy support, and government reporting. Before transitioning to the U.S. Bank Global Corp., gaining extensive expertise in corporate finance, compliance, and strategic planning. Her international background, combined with sharp financial experience and a people-first approach, makes Oltisa a cornerstone of USSA’s growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.​

Andi Kocaqi, Executive Vice President of Operations

​Mr. Kocaqi brings extensive operational leadership and tactical expertise shaped by his service in the United States Navy. With a deep-rooted commitment to discipline, accountability, and mission success, Andi oversees all aspects of USSA’s field operations, ensuring that every deployment meets USSA's elite standards of protection and professionalism. His military background informs a strategic, results-driven approach to security operations, personnel management, and client service, making him a vital force behind USSA’s operational excellence and trusted reputation.​​​

Lisheena Bethany, HR Director 

Ms. Bethany possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in government, financial services, risk management, and compliance. Her career includes significant roles at the IRS, HSBC, and M&T Bank, where she has established a strong reputation for empowering teams to excel and achieve impactful results. With a deep commitment to cultivating trust, nurturing talent, and fostering inclusive work environments, Ms. Bethany is driven by a clear purpose: to align individuals with their objectives and create lasting positive change wherever she leads.​

Grejsi Kumaraku, Marketing Director 

Ms. Kumaraku serves as the Marketing Directer at United Security Solutions of America, where she leverages her background in brand strategy, client engagement, and communications to strengthen the company’s presence in the security industry. She brings valuable experience from leading organizations such as URBN and the Birchwood Family of Brands, as well as extensive work in the hospitality sector, where she honed her expertise in creating impactful campaigns and fostering client relationships. At USSA, Grejsi combines creativity with strategic insight to enhance brand visibility and support the company’s mission of delivering trusted security solutions.

Artur Bajraktari, Chief of Uniform Division

​Mr. Bajraktari leads and manages all uniformed security operations across the organization. With a sharp focus on discipline, visibility, and professional presence, Artur ensures that every officer in the field represents USSA’s core values of integrity, preparedness, and authority. He brings years of hands-on experience in both public and private security, combining operational insight with a commitment to excellence in training, appearance, and protocol. Artur plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards and public trust that define USSA’s uniformed force.

Ledjon Aliaj, Deputy Chief of Uniform Division

​Mr. Aliaj is a vital part of the uniform division, where he supports the strategic leadership and daily management of uniformed security personnel. Known for his attention to detail, commitment to team development, and strong operational oversight, Ledjon plays a key role in ensuring that all officers uphold USSA’s standards of professionalism, discipline, and client-focused service. His hands-on leadership style and dedication to continuous improvement help maintain the strength, readiness, and reliability of USSA’s uniformed presence across all assignments.
